I feel that I deserve at least a "B" grade in regards to the digital walk project.
I assisted with getting the files uploaded onto a server as well as story ideas and content. However, I do feel that I had not invested as much as I could into the project. I was honestly exhausted during most class sessions and that impacted my enthusiasm for the project.
In addition I procrastinated in assigning myself this grade.

WSUZ
We are finally in the "creative stages" of our WSU Zombie project. I am finding a creepy story about zombies to be far more practical and doable then an actual game.
I think there should be a slight "poking fun" tone in the walk that sort of makes running from killer zombies into an amusing exploit.
I also think the game should be strictly designed to be played during the late dusk or even into the night hours. The mood could be further enhanced by using a "night vision" filter that makes the images and video appear grainy and green.

Game Proposal: Island Tour Adventure
A game idea would be to have an online website where people can register and select any island in the world. They would then select at least ten different notable locations and input the coordinates for those locations. In addition, they will post linear directions to get to each of those locations.
Example of directions: Start at the ferry dock and look to your left. Then walk two blocks and look for a red object.People can then select theses "missions" from the website and they must take photos of of these locations. People would then post those photos and prizes could be awarded for those who most accurately photograph the locations/objects that were chosen.

The Pearl District
I am going to start this blog with a simple photographic tour of a small area within Portland's Pearl District.
This isn't a typical tour that gives "tourist-y" sites. I planned the walk by setting up a simple set of rules that would determine where I would walk. I used a deck of cards to determine which directions I would take. The rules are as follows:

- One move is equal to one city block.
- Moves can be either left, right, forward, or backwards.
- I was to have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20 moves.
- A heart means forward.
- A diamond means backward.
- A club means right.
- A spade means left.
- The walk is to end upon drawing an ace.
